About This Raptor 700R Kit
This is a full-coverage graphics kit for 2006-2012 Yamaha Raptor 700R plastics, including Special Edition (SE) variants. Every kit is templated to OEM body panels using physical reference, then printed on premium cast vinyl with laminate overlay. Whether you are refreshing a tired set of plastics, finishing a full custom build, or putting fresh visuals on a race-prepped quad, this kit ships ready to install.
Material & Adhesive
Built on premium 21mil cast vinyl with laminate, using our exclusive Substance ultra-sticky adhesive — a material that performs roughly 5x better than standard 3M cast vinyl in adhesion strength, edge retention, and long-term durability. No other Raptor graphics shop offers Substance. On a sport quad that sees mud, water, fuel splashes, and pressure washing, the adhesive difference matters.
DIY Installation
Most riders install a full Raptor 700R kit in 1.5 to 3 hours. Tools needed: heat gun (or hair dryer), felt-edged squeegee, isopropyl alcohol at 90% or higher, clean microfiber towels. Remove the plastics from the quad before installing — never wrap them while still mounted. Detailed step-by-step instructions are included with every kit. If DIY isn't your thing, any vinyl wrap shop can install one in a few hours.
Care & Lifespan
Treated right, this kit lasts 3 to 5+ years under normal trail riding. Wash gently with mild soap and low-pressure water, keep pressure washer wands at least 12 inches from the surface, and avoid harsh chemicals like degreasers, brake cleaner, or gasoline near the graphics. Store the quad out of direct sun when possible to extend life.
