Which bikes does this kit fit?
The Ionshift kit fits the Honda CR125R and CR250R 2002-2007 with Polisport 2022-style restyle plastics installed. It is cut to the Polisport restyle shapes and will not fit the original Honda plastics.
Which fork guards do I get?
There are two common fork guard shapes for these bikes. Tell us your fork guard brand in the order notes or send us a photo after you order, and we'll cut the set that matches.
Can I add my own name and number?
Yes. Choose the Custom Name & Number option (+$40) and put your name and number in the order notes, or message us after you order. You get a free design proof before we print.
What material is it printed on?
Substance Ultracurve X1 vinyl with an aggressive adhesive for MX plastics, laminated under Substance Ultracurve 1500 clear for a 21 mil finished stack that stands up to roost, boots, and pressure washing.
Can I install it myself?
Yes. Most riders install a kit in 1 to 3 hours. Clean the plastics with isopropyl alcohol, use a heat gun, and work from the center of each piece outward. Your order confirmation includes a link to our full installation guide.
How long does shipping take?
Kits printed as shown ship in 1-3 business days from the USA. Custom name and number orders ship in 5-10 business days after you approve the proof.
