The Complete Guide to Ordering a Custom Can-Am Ryker Wrap

Everything you need to know before ordering a true one-of-one Can-Am Ryker wrap — the design process, coverage options, proof approval, turnaround, pricing, and how to get a result you'll be proud to ride.

KrazyGraphics • Custom Powersports Graphics

A Can-Am Ryker is already a head-turner straight off the showroom floor — but if you've landed here, you probably want yours to look like nothing else on the road. That's exactly what a custom wrap is for. Instead of picking from an existing stock design, a custom Ryker wrap is built from the ground up around your colors, your theme, your logos, and your ideas. The result is a genuine one-of-one machine.

This guide walks you through the entire custom process from start to finish so you know exactly what to expect, what to send us, and how to get the best possible result. If you've never ordered a custom wrap before, reading this first will save you time and help your project go smoothly.

What a Custom Ryker Wrap Actually Is

A custom wrap is not a pre-made design with your name dropped on it. It's a fully personalized graphics kit designed specifically for your Ryker and your vision. You can bring almost any direction to the table:

  • A specific color combination that matches your build, your truck, or your trailer
  • A theme or concept — racing, military, camo, tribal, abstract, movie-inspired, or something totally original
  • Your own logos, sponsors, or branding for a shop bike or business build
  • An inspiration image or reference you want us to build a look around

Whatever you bring, the design is created around your order. That's what makes it a true custom build instead of an off-the-shelf kit.

Which Ryker Models Fit

Our custom wrap design service is made for the full Can-Am Ryker lineup, including the Ryker 600, Ryker 900, Ryker Rally, Ryker ACE, and Ryker Sport. When you order, just tell us your exact year and model so the design is built to the correct fitment.

Basic vs. Full Coverage — What's the Difference?

When you order, you'll choose between two coverage levels. Picking the right one comes down to how complete you want the wrapped look to be.

Basic Coverage

A lighter custom decal setup. Basic coverage skips some of the side pieces and does not include the swing arm decal. It's a great option if you want a strong custom look while keeping the kit more streamlined.

Full Coverage

The more complete wrapped appearance. Full coverage adds the extra side areas and the full swing arm decal, creating the stronger all-over custom look that most riders are after.

If your goal is maximum visual impact and an all-over transformation, full coverage is the way to go. If you want something cleaner and a bit more subtle, basic coverage still delivers a true custom result.

Premium Material That Lasts

A custom design is only as good as the material it's printed on. Our Ryker wraps are produced on 21MIL laminated vinyl — a premium thickness with a protective laminate layer that helps the graphics stand up to sun, weather, washing, and the realities of actually riding. Great design plus durable material is what separates a wrap that looks good for years from one that fades and peels.

The Custom Design Process, Step by Step

Here's exactly how a custom Ryker order flows from the moment you check out to the day your kit ships:

Step 1 — Place Your Order

Start by placing your custom design order and choosing your coverage level (basic or full). Because custom design is paid creative work, no previews are created before purchase. The order is what kicks off the design time.

Step 2 — Send Us Your Details

After ordering, send over everything we need to build your concept: your year and model, your color direction, any logos or text, and your theme or inspiration. The more detail you give us up front, the closer your first proof will be to what's in your head.

Step 3 — We Build Your Concept

Our designers create your custom Ryker concept based on your direction. This is real, hands-on design work — and in many cases we outsource to and pay a professional designer to bring your idea to life.

Step 4 — Proof Approval by Email

Before anything goes to print, you receive a proof by email. This is your chance to review the concept, request reasonable adjustments, and make sure it's exactly what you want. Nothing is printed until you approve.

Step 5 — Production & Shipping

Once you approve the proof, your order moves into production. Custom orders may take up to 10 business days before shipping, depending on design complexity and how quickly the proof gets approved.

Refund Policy — Please Read This Carefully

💵 A $200 custom design fee is nonrefundable once design work begins. Custom designs require dedicated design time, and in many cases we outsource the work and pay a professional designer up front to create your one-of-one concept. This $200 fee covers that time and cost whether or not the final design is approved. Any amount paid above the $200 design fee remains refundable before final proof approval.

We want to be completely upfront about this because it's the fairest way to run a custom shop. When you order, real work and real money go into creating your concept before you ever see it. The $200 fee protects that work. At the same time, the proof approval step protects you — you get to review the design before printing, and anything above that design fee is refundable up until you give final approval.

Why We Can't Accept AI-Generated Images

🚫 Please do not send AI-generated images from ChatGPT, DALL·E, Midjourney, Gemini, Grok, or other AI image programs unless approved by staff. 🚫

This one trips a lot of people up, so here's the why behind it. AI image generators produce pictures that look impressive on a screen but are not built for print. They come in low resolution, with blurry edges, baked-in artifacts, distorted logos, and color that won't reproduce correctly on vinyl. They're also not laid out to the panel shapes and dimensions a Ryker wrap actually requires.

When someone sends an AI image expecting it to become their wrap, the result on an actual machine is almost always disappointing. We'd rather build your concept properly from real design files than chase an AI picture that can't translate to a quality printed kit. If you have an AI image purely as loose inspiration for a vibe or color direction, that's fine to mention — just check with our staff first.

How to Get the Best Custom Result

The riders who end up happiest with their custom Ryker wraps tend to do a few things well. Keep these in mind when you order:

  • Be specific about color. "Blue and black" leaves a lot open. Reference a paint code, a photo, or a specific shade so we hit the right tone.
  • Send clean logo files. If you want a logo or sponsor on the kit, the higher quality the file, the sharper it prints.
  • Share real inspiration. Photos of bikes, builds, or designs you love help us understand your taste fast.
  • Tell us the vibe. Aggressive? Clean? Loud? Stealthy? A few words about the feeling you want goes a long way.
  • Review your proof carefully. The proof stage is the time to speak up. Look it over closely before you approve.

Frequently Asked Questions

What does a custom Can-Am Ryker wrap order include?

A one-of-one Ryker wrap design built from your idea, theme, colors, logos, or inspiration — plus a proof sent by email for your approval before production begins.

What's the difference between basic and full coverage?

Basic coverage skips some side pieces and the swing arm decal. Full coverage includes the side pieces and the full swing arm decal for a more complete, all-over wrapped look.

Do I get to approve the design before it's printed?

Yes. A proof is sent by email before production starts. A $200 custom design fee is nonrefundable once design work begins, but any amount above that fee remains refundable before final proof approval.

Is the custom design fee refundable?

A $200 custom design fee is nonrefundable once design work has started, because custom designs require dedicated design time and we often pay a professional designer up front. This fee applies whether or not the final design is approved. Any amount paid above the $200 design fee is refundable before final proof approval.

Why can't I send an AI-generated image to use as my wrap?

AI images are low resolution and not print-ready — they have blurry edges, artifacts, and colors that don't reproduce on vinyl, and they aren't built to a wrap's panel shapes. Loose inspiration is okay to mention, but check with staff first.

How long does a custom Ryker wrap take?

Custom orders may take up to 10 business days before shipping, depending on design complexity and how quickly you approve your proof.

Which Ryker models does this fit?

The Can-Am Ryker 600, Ryker 900, Ryker Rally, Ryker ACE, and Ryker Sport. Just send your exact year and model when you order.
